Effective date: 4 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for using Hamlet, the habit tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch, and its widgets. Hamlet is made by Yusuf Kildan, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). If you have a question, write to [email protected].

In short

1. About these Terms

Hamlet is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms don’t replace it. They add rules that are specific to Hamlet, such as how Hamlet Pro and the game’s rewards work. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies. Neither of them limits rights that the law gives you and that can’t be waived.

By downloading or using Hamlet, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Hamlet.

Our Privacy Policy explains which data Hamlet handles and where it goes.

2. Who can use Hamlet

Hamlet is for a general audience. It isn’t directed at children under 13.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please use Hamlet with the permission of a parent or guardian, and read these Terms together. Purchases are made through the Apple Account on the device, and parents can use Apple’s Ask to Buy to approve them.

3. Your licence

You may use Hamlet for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, as the Standard EULA and Apple’s Usage Rules allow. The licence is personal: you can’t sell, rent, lend or transfer it.

4. Free plan and Hamlet Pro

The free plan lets you track up to 3 habits.
